The Hobby Room is a second-floor addition over an existing garage. The first phase was to construct and enclose the building shell while the interior design was completed. Phase 2 was to enclose the end patio to create a screened porch for summer use. The third and final phase was the finishing of the interior spaces for a three bedroom two bathroom guest house, complete with a kitchen and laundry.

The
Dorrington Cabin is a ground-up new construction project set within a forested
mountain setting. The first phase involved site preparation and full structural
framing to establish the home’s footprint and vaulted layout. Phase two focused
on exterior construction, including siding, expansive windows, and deck areas
to connect the home to its surroundings. The third and final phase completed
the interior spaces, delivering a fully built cabin with open living areas,
multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and durable finishes throughout.
